Instructions for buying a ticket on the official website of the carrier

Go to the Brussels Airlines website. On the home screen, you will find a ticket selection menu. Enter your travel information and the number of passengers.

Available tickets for the selected date will appear. Check the day convenient for you (if there are no tickets for the selected date, the system will automatically offer you the nearest departures according to the selected filters). Click on the checkbox under the fare price.

A window with detailed flight information will open. Familiarize yourself with it, press Select.

The site will then prompt you again to read the booking information. If everything is correct, press Enter passenger details.

On the data entry page, enter the passenger’s information in Latin characters. If you are a member of the Brussels Airlines bonus program, enter the code in the field provided. Enter your current phone number and e-mail address to receive an electronic copy of your ticket. Check your consent to the processing of personal data and press Confirm.

On the penultimate page you can add additional services such as excess baggage, pets or special meals on board. If you have already selected services, click Continue to payment.

At the last step, check the payment method and agree to make the payment. Click Pay now and you will be taken to the bank’s page. Confirm the payment using the notification and within 10 minutes you will receive an e-mail with the ticket. Save it until the end of the flight.

Get to the airport at least 1 hour before your flight. If you plan to bring pets or specific baggage, you must arrive 2 hours before your flight.
Go to a Brussels Airlines ticket counter or kiosk.
Present your passport and indicate which plane you wish to purchase tickets for. Follow the employee’s instructions.
After payment, you will be given a paper ticket with your reservation code on the front.

Go to brusselseairlines.com. Please note that the site does not work in Russia, so use an anonymizer or VPN.
On the home page you will find a menu with a Check-In option in the top right corner. Click on this link and enter passenger information.
Enter the booking code you received when you purchased the ticket. If the passenger is registered in the system, you will find their booking details.
Confirm the information and select seats. If everything is in order, an electronic boarding pass will be generated. Save the boarding pass and present it when boarding the flight.
