Brussels Airlines planes


The airline’s fleet consists of 43 Airbus aircraft (all Boeing aircraft were withdrawn from the fleet in 2011). The average age of the planes does not exceed 11 years, and the planes are scheduled for renewal in 2024.

Airbus A319-100

At the moment, the already obsolete aircraft with a narrow fuselage is only 33.8 meters long. It is planned to be completely replaced by the A320neo by 2024. The craft can reach speeds of up to 879 km/h with a range of 6,490 kilometers. Carries up to 141 passengers without a business class cabin. It is currently used for flights to Africa and the Middle East.

Airbus A320-200

The main aircraft in the Brussels Airlines fleet. It has a large (35.7 m) wingspan for models of this type. Two CFM56-5B jet engines allow it to reach speeds of up to 879 km/h at a range of 6100 km. Carries up to 20 tons of cargo and is considered one of the quietest aircraft of its level.

Airbus A330-300

A mainline airliner, one of the largest in the world (67 m long). It can reach 879 km/h at a distance of up to 6,400 km without refueling. It is equipped with a large business class cabin in the front of the ship, accommodating up to 30 passengers.
